Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. After 48 hours from delivery, the product will be considered received in good condition. Thank you for your prompt inspection and understanding.
Please note that we only accept returns that meet our Return Conditions and do not fall under the Return Exceptions listed below.
- Non-Quality Related Returns
Returns for customer-related reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong order, found a better price, or item not as expected) may be requested within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt (as shown on the courier’s proof of delivery). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Quality Related Returns
Returns for quality issues must be requested within 48 hours, return shipping will be covered by us. Damage due to misuse, third-party repairs, modifications, or human factors is not considered a quality issue. - Other Situations
If the product has been shipped and a tracking number is assigned, but you haven’t received it yet and wish to cancel, you must still follow standard return procedures based on the actual delivery status. Return shipping will be at your expense.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the item, you need to contact us within 72 hours via fiytaofficial@gmail.com to discuss next steps.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, items must:
- Be returned within the specified return period.
- Be in original condition: unused, unaltered, free of stains or makeup, and with no impact on resalability.
- Include original packaging (including plastic bags or boxes). Do not affix labels or tape directly on the watch box—place it inside another shipping box or pouch. All accessories, manuals, tags, and labels must be intact.
Include any free gift(s) received in the original condition. If gifts cannot be returned, we may charge their specified value.
Return Exceptions
Returns are NOT accepted under the following circumstances:
- Items not purchased from fiyta-watches.com.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products that have been used, repaired by a third party, damaged, or are not in resalable condition.
- Missing e-invoice or order number.
- Returns outside the allowed return window.
Other situations where the consumer is not entitled to return under applicable law or this policy.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. You may place a new order and request a return for the original item. Refunds will be processed after the returned package is received and inspected.
Refunds
We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically via the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be issued, depending on your bank or payment provider.
