Note: The warranty covers non-manufacturing defects in the movement (caliber) only. Damage caused by human factors (e.g., accidental drops, water exposure, improper handling) as well as external components (case, crystal, strap, etc.) are not covered. Final determination of warranty eligibility is subject to professional assessment by Fiyta’s authorized service centers.

Warranty for Jewelry Accessories:

The warranty period for jewelry accessories is 1 month from the date of purchase. During this period, if the product exhibits defects such as fading or discoloration, Fiyta will provide free repair services.

Note: This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
